The RaceMe Ultra makes me believe that the old tune was not working at all! Between Darin, Dave and Roxanne at RaceMe they had me all set up. Truly great people with a great product. RacMe is by far one of the best companies I have ever purchased from. Customer service is absolutely outstanding. Even with the distance between time and miles between us. If Michael wasn't available to email Darin was able to talk on the phone to help resolve any issues. With that said it only took 10 minutes for him to figure out what we needed to do. Michael was always prompt to respond as soon as he got back into the office the next day. It only took a few hours to get the custom tune back after they received all of the proper information.
